The Zafferano menu encompasses a mix of dishes and gastronomy cultures prevailing throughout the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea, together with typical Chilean fish and shell fish ingredients originating from the Pacific coastline. The obsession of our chef Gionata Nardone is to turn the best sea, land and seasonal produce into a noteworthy gastronomy experience for our guests and customers. It is fair to mention that while performing as such, Gionata chiefly resorts to passion, respect and dedication.

While on this, we are adamant in stating that our Zafferano assortment of drinks and beverages is rated as important as its gastronomy suggestions. Therefore, our menu entails the best selection of national and international wines so our guests and visitors can enjoy all the colours, aromas and flavours prevailing throughout the length and breadth of Chile. Our menu also encompasses a selected range of waters – both national and imported – thus providing a number of different origins and properties.
